Having spent many years working both front-and back-of-house at some of the finest restaurants in the world, we have finally given life to our own dream. After much love, labour and anticipation GOODY GUJARATI was born.

 

We bring you a mouth-watering re-edit of Gujarati cuisine, which until now has remained a well-kept secret confined to family kitchens, temples and inconspicuous restaurants. These are Mama’s recipes handed down, ideas shared and adapted from continent to country. Through our own travels and experiments, these dishes have been reworked to bring you moreish expressions of the food of Gujarat.

 

We launched with a bang at a private event on the eve of Bonfire Night 2017. We’re now officially loose on the roads nationwide, bobbing along at a hair-sweeping 50mph with our 1956 Eccles Bounty. She’s hard to miss; she’s a chilli-popper on wheels.
